This is ideal for couples who need help getting started and managing the planning process. We will guide you through the basics of planning and assist you with decisions like choosing vendors, budget management and event design. Event planning services can include:

  • Regular planning sessions 

  • Budget planning and management 

  • Vendor selection and contract negotiation 

  • Coordination of tastings, mock-ups and other vendor meetings 

  • Guidance establishing a vision and selecting aesthetic details 

  • Suggest, coordinate, assemble wedding party gifts, welcome bags and favors 

  • Serve as primary contact for vendors and payment management 

  • Guidance for out-of-town lodging and transportation 

  • Oversee execution of all aesthetic details day-off
